The Promotion Board discusses the progress of tourist rest houses work

The Tourism Promotion Board, commanded by the Council’s Executive Director, Muhammad Al-Mansour, reviewed today the aspects linked to the functioning of the council’s tourist rest houses on the central roads and parks and the tools of their operation.

During the assemblage, which included the members of the follow-up committee assigned by the Council, the Executive Director accentuated on the importance of following up the work of the rest houses and organizing their financial and legal conditions in accordance with the fixed assets owned by the Council in a way that contributes to the national economy and the development of domestic tourism.

Al-Mansour stressed the council’s keenness to preserve, maintain, and operate the rest houses to meet the needs of visitors and travelers and to provide integrated tourism services to them.

He warned against compromising the assets of these rest houses, appreciating the role of local councils in the areas where these rest houses are protected in preserving them and raising awareness of their importance and the services they provide to visitors and travelers.
